Aviation Headset Grading Definition
We carry an excellent selection of new and used aviation headsets from Bose, David Clark and Lightspeed for student pilots and seasoned pilots. All of our used headset undergo thorough bench testing to ensure that they operate perfectly. They are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and where necessary, consumable parts such as mic cover, ear cushion, and head cushion are replaced with brand new parts. You will not receive a headset with worn out parts. Your headset will arrive ready to fly. Even batteries are included.

Grading for Used Headsets
Grade A: Mint Condition
Grade A headsets are in mint or near-mint condition. A headset in mint condition may or may not include the original packaging and paperwork. There may be some scuffs, signs of light usage and minor scratches on the ear cups, control module, and headband.
Grade B: Excellent Condition
Grade B headsets are in excellent overall condition. There may be some slight to moderate amount of scuffing and marks on the ear cups, control module, and headband. With a Grade B headset, there will be the typical signs of normal use but you shouldn’t expect to see any deep scratches, chips or significant blemishes.
Grade C: Good Condition
Grade C headsets have been tested thoroughly and are confirmed to be in good working condition. With these headsets you will see more noticeable signs of moderate to heavy use such scuffing, chips and scratches on the ear cups, control module, and headband.
Used Headset Warranty
Most of our used headset are still covered by the manufacturer warranty. In many cases, you may be able to register the headset under your name for warranty coverage from the manufacturer. In addition to the manufacturer warranty, all of our used headsets will arrive with a 90-day repair or replacement warranty from us.
