Our return window consists of a standard 30-day return period. If you are not satisfied with your order simply return it to us within 30 calendar days of receipt and we will gladly accept it for a refund or exchange. To return an item, simply send an email to email@example.com with the order number and reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and an RMA number. You will be responsible for return shipping. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number. We will process your return or exchange within 5 days of receipt (Monday through Friday). Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Please note that the initial shipping fee (the original cost of shipping the order to you) will not be refunded. Returned items that have been used, opened, or show signs of use will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Returns received after 30 days of the original order delivery date will not be accepted. Non-returnable items include software, books, and study materials.
We process and ship orders the same day, sometimes within minutes of receiving the order. If you wish to cancel your order before we ship, call us at (651) 383-1047 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and reason for the cancellation. If the order has already been processed and shipped, please wait until you receive your item then contact us to initiate a return or exchange.
