Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provide at checkout. You will be updated via email every time the status of your order changes. We provide same-day shipment of in-stock items if the order is received prior to 4 pm central time. We will make every effort to accurately estimate the time-to-ship within the item description, but if you have specific questions regarding the delivery timeline of an item, please contact us at email@example.com.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) the availability of the products, and (b) if the products are incorrectly described or priced on the webpage. In the event that your order is canceled or refused, you will receive an email from us letting you know. Additionally, if your order is refused or canceled following payment, we will reimburse you for the full amount paid.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Most in-stock items will process and ship the same day, with the approximate delivery time being an additional 3-5 business days after shipment. Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday will be shipped the next business day.
We ship most orders via USPS, with tracking information. For USPS first class packages, please allow 5 business days. For orders being shipped to Canada, please allow up to 12 business days. We recommend that during busy shipping times, such as winter holidays, you allow an extra week for delivery. International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL.
