Headset Buyback Program

General Headset Trade-in/Buyback Program Rules
Interested in trading in your aviation headset for a new one, or simply want to sell it to us? We offer the most generous buyback program available and we make it easy. We will send you a prepaid shipping label with a tracking number so you can mail the headset to us for evaluation. See below for the headsets that we accept and credit range for each headset. Contact us to get started.

Details of our Program:
  • The headset must be in excellent cosmetic condition and in perfect working order.
  • Take detailed photos of your headset and send them to us for a non-binding quote.
  • Once you accept the quote, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label.
  • Pack the headset and send it to us. Ensure to add sufficient padding to prevent shipping damage. We are not responsible for shipping damage.
  • All headsets will be evaluated and bench-tested upon receipt.
  • Once testing and evaluation is complete, we will contact you with the final credit amount that we can offer.
  • Any headset with frayed, split, or damaged cables will not be accepted for credit and will be returned at your expense.
  • Any headset with damage (cracked, broken, split plastic etc.) will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
  • We only accept headsets with standard dual G/A fixed-wing (PJ-055/PJ-068), Airbus (5-Pin/XLR), civilian helicopter (U-174/U), or panel power (Redel/LEMO/6-Pin) plugs.
  • Bose, Lightspeed, and David Clark headsets must include their original headset carry bag. We will deduct the replacement cost of a headset bag from the credit if the bag is not included.
  • The quality and age of replaceable parts such as mic cover, ear seals and head cushions will be inspected. Any items that are ripped, cracked, frayed disintegrated or disintegrating or, with any type of damaged will be replaced at current retail prices and deducted from the credit.
  • We will send you a prepaid shipping label, however, you are responsible for the actual cost of shipping the headset to us. We will deduct the cost of the prepaid label from the credit. 
  • All credits will be issued to you via PayPal, or go towards the purchase of a new headset from us if you are buying a new headset.
