We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) through our payment provider.

Ordering

Should you encounter any issues at checkout, please contact us at team@hobbsflyer.com.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided at checkout. You will be updated via email every time the status of your order changes. We strive to provide same-day shipment of in-stock items if the order is received prior to 12 pm CST. We will make every effort to accurately estimate the time-to-ship during checkout, but if you have specific questions regarding the delivery timeline of an item, please contact us at team@hobbsflyer.com.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) the availability of the products, and (b) if the products are incorrectly described or priced on the webpage. In the event that your order is canceled or refused, you will receive an email from us letting you know. Additionally, if your order is refused or canceled following payment, we will reimburse you for the full amount paid.

Shipping And Delivery

All orders are shipped from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. Most in-stock items are processed and shipped the same business day, with the approximate delivery time being an additional 3–5 business days after shipment. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Central Time on Fridays will be shipped the next business day.

We ship most orders via USPS, with tracking information provided. USPS First-Class packages typically take up to 5 business days for delivery. For orders shipping to Canada, please allow up to 12 business days. During high-volume seasons (e.g. winter holidays), we recommend allowing an extra week for delivery.

For international orders, we ship via UPS or DHL, depending on your location and service availability.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

We will email tracking numbers to you as soon as your order has shipped. In addition, we monitor and track packages on our end to help ensure successful delivery.

Hobbs Flyer retains responsibility for your shipment until it is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, our responsibility ends. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

Please be aware of your delivery and ensure acceptance at your chosen destination. We have no control over what happens to a package once it has been left at your doorstep, mailbox, front office, or building lobby.

If you would prefer your shipment be hand-delivered to a recipient and signed for, you must request this prior to shipment by contacting us immediately after placing your order. Additional fees may apply for signature-required delivery options.

MISSING PACKAGES AFTER DELIVERY

Although we are truly sorry if your package goes missing after it has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or unreceived shipments after delivery confirmation. In these cases, we strongly encourage you to:

- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Report the issue to your local authorities
- File a claim with the shipping provider

We will gladly assist with providing any documentation needed to support your claim with the carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We process and ship orders the same day, sometimes within minutes of receiving the order. If you wish to cancel your order before we ship, call us at (651) 383-1047 or send an email to team@hobbsflyer.com with the order number and reason for the cancellation. If the order has already been processed and shipped, please wait until you receive your item, then contact us to initiate a return or exchange. 

Returns

Online purchases can be returned if completed within 30 days of receipt and items are in good selling condition. To request a return, log in to your account with the order number and reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and an RMA number. You will be responsible for return shipping. We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier with insurance and signature required. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unreceived packages. We will process your return or exchange within 5 days of receipt (Monday through Friday). Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Please note that the initial shipping and insurance fee (the original cost to insure and ship the order to you) will not be refunded. All returned orders will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be subtracted from your refund. Returns received after 30 days of the original order delivery date will not be accepted for refund. Non-returnable items include software, books, and study materials.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

All costs associated with international shipping—including shipping fees, import duties, customs fees, and taxes—are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by the destination country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We do not cover or reimburse any import-related costs under any circumstances. Failure to pay these fees may result in delays, returns, or additional charges, for which we are not liable.

If a package is rejected and returned to us due to non-payment of import fees, we will deduct the cost of return shipping, any duties, taxes, or fees billed to us by the carrier, and a 20% restocking fee will apply to the refunded amount for returned or rejected items.

International Returns and Exchanges

International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned items. We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL with insurance and signature required. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unreceived packages.

All returned orders will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Returns received more than 30 days after the original order delivery date will not be accepted for refund.

REFUSAL TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES

All countries impose import duties and taxes that must be paid by the customer (importer). When your package arrives in your country, the shipping carrier (UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc.) will contact you for payment of the required duties and taxes.

If you refuse to pay these duties and taxes, the carrier will return the product to us and impose an international return fee, which we are required to pay.

Unfortunately, we must pass this charge on to you. By placing an order on our website and completing payment, you grant us permission to deduct both the $49 international return fee and the 20% restocking fee from your refund if your package is returned to us due to non-payment of import duties/taxes or due to delivery failure because of an incorrect address.
