Aviation Headset Repair

Do you have an old or damaged Bose A20, Bose X (AHX, A10), Lightspeed Zulu, or David Clark H10 aviation headset? Let us service or repair your headset. We charge a non-refundable fee of $160.00 plus the cost of parts. The initial $160 covers labor and diagnostics. We will provide a separate invoice for the parts used to repair your headset.

After evaluating your headset, if the estimated cost for the parts needed exceeds $250.00, we will email you a detailed quotation for the necessary repairs before starting the work. If the estimated cost is below $250.00, we will proceed with the repairs and bill you accordingly. An invoice will be sent once the repairs are complete.

If we are unable to repair your headset, we will refund the $160 fee and offer a 20% discount on a new Hobbs Flyer H2 Active Noise-Canceling headset or H2 Active Noise-Canceling headset with Bluetooth. During the assessment, all parts requiring replacement will be evaluated and replaced as necessary, including but not limited to ear seals/cushions, mic windscreens, and head cushion. The diagnostic fee is not refundable if you choose not to proceed with the repairs. If you wish to limit the scope of the repair, please notify us via email before shipping your headset. Once the work order has been completed, we are unable to reverse or modify the repairs. Repairs typically take 5 to 10 business days, depending on our workload and parts availability.
