Professional Aviation Headset Repair Service

We currently service many popular aviation headset brands, including:

  • Bose A20
  • Bose X (AHX, A10)
  • Lightspeed Zulu Series
  • David Clark H10 Series
  • Sigtronics
  • And many more

Our repair service starts with a $160 diagnostic and labor fee, plus the cost of any replacement parts required.

How It Works

Every headset begins with a complete diagnostic evaluation to identify the cause of the problem and determine what parts, if any, need to be replaced.

If the estimated cost of replacement parts exceeds $250, we'll email you a detailed repair estimate for approval before any work begins.

If the estimated cost of replacement parts is less than $250, we'll complete the repair without delay and send you an invoice once the work has been finished.

Most repairs are completed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on our current workload and parts availability.

If we're unable to repair your headset, we'll refund your $160 diagnostic and labor fee and offer you 20% off a new Hobbs Flyer Aviation Headset.
