Hobbs Flyer can overhaul your old or damaged Bose A20, Bose X (A10), or David Clark aviation headset. We charge a non-refundable diagnostic fee of $160.00 plus the cost of parts. If we are unable to fix the problem, we will refund the initial fee and offer you a 20% discount on a Hobbs Flyer H series, or My Little Eagle aviation headset.
We can service, repair, or replace any of the following:
- Microphone
- Headband
- Earcup speakers
- Earcup speaker holders
- Head cushion
- Ear seals
- Broken or damaged cable
- Control module
- Microphone windscreen
- Damaged earcup overhead cable
- Connector plugs (GA, Lemo, XLR, U174)
Once you purchase this service, we will provide you with an order number and send you a shipping label within 24 hours for you to ship your headset to us.
After we receive your headset, we will provide you with a breakdown of the cost of the parts needed for the repair. You may decline the repair however, the $160 fee is not refundable if you choose not to proceed.
