Our repair service starts with a non-refundable $160 diagnostic and labor fee. The $160 repair fee covers diagnosis, troubleshooting, labor, testing, and inbound shipping only. Replacement parts are not included and are billed separately. The total repair cost is the $160 repair fee plus the cost of any replacement parts required to complete the repair.

How It Works

Once we receive your headset, we will perform our evaluation. After the evaluation is complete:

  • If the estimated cost for the parts needed exceeds $250.00:

  • If the estimated cost is below $250.00:
    • We will proceed with the repairs and bill you accordingly. An invoice will be sent once the repairs are complete.

If we're unable to repair your headset, we'll refund your $160 diagnostic and labor fee and offer you a 20% discount on a new Hobbs Flyer aviation headset.

Exceptional Repair

"One of the pins on my A20 broke, started spinning. Sent in and got it back in less than 3 weeks, way faster than I thought. When they inspect for other wear, I can tell they know what they are looking at and will repair and/or replace only what needs to be done. Used the headset today, super clear and makes me wonder how long it was broken. If anybody tells me they have a broken headset, I'm recommending Hobbs Flyer"
