Hobbs Flyer can overhaul your old or damaged Bose A20, X (A10), Lightspeed Zulu, or David Clark aviation headset. We charge a non-refundable fee of $160.00 plus the cost of parts. Your initial investment of $160 covers labor and diagnostics. A separate invoice will be provided for any parts used in the repair of your headset. If we are unable to fix the problem, we will refund the initial fee and offer you a 20% discount on a Hobbs Flyer H series, or My Little Eagle aviation headset.
We can service, repair, or replace any of the following:
- Microphone
- Headband
- Earcup speakers
- Earcup speaker holders
- Head cushion
- Ear seals
- Broken or damaged cable
- Control module
- Microphone windscreen
- Damaged earcup overhead cable
- Connector plugs (GA, LEMO, U174)
Once you purchase this service, we will provide you with an order number and send you a shipping label within 24 hours of receiving your repair order.
After receiving your headset, we will send you an invoice detailing the parts used in the repair. The initial $160 diagnostic/labor fee is not refundable if you choose not to proceed with the repair. Additional details can be found [HERE].
